The DaVinci Custom Linear Pier fireplace is designed to work as architecture, not just an appliance. Set into an open floor plan, it separates a large room into distinct zones or ties two smaller spaces together, with fire visible from every approach.
Pier units up to 10 feet in length can be specified with DaVinci’s postless design, removing the vertical supports from the glass for a clean glass-to-glass edge and a completely unbroken flame view. Custom lengths run from 2 to 66 feet with six glass heights available (12″, 20″, 30″, 36″, 48″, and 58″), so the unit is sized to the room rather than the other way around.
The fire burns over Platinum reflective crushed glass with digitally controlled LED underlighting and overhead halogen accent lighting, all managed through the TouchSmart control. Safe Touch Glass is standard, keeping surface temperatures low enough to skip a protective screen and making the Pier suitable for high-traffic commercial installations as well as residential ones.
The zero-clearance firebox means you can finish with any material right to the glass edge, and the modular construction simplifies jobsite delivery with no added framing or wall support required. Power venting runs exhaust up to 150 feet, vertically or horizontally. An optional heat exchanger kit is available if you want to capture supplemental warmth for the room or a nearby space.
